We would like to introduce a case study on the evaluation of high-hardness materials using "Pentagon," which we handle, focusing on hole position accuracy. The workpiece is SKD61 HRC43, and the equipment used is a vertical machining center BBT30. The cutting conditions were Vc 40 m/min and f 0.15 mm/rev (internal water-soluble 1 MPa).
