Data assessed against a unified standard value allows for easy confirmation of changes over the years! An example of increased health awareness among employees.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" at a sports and leisure goods manufacturing and sales company. Until now, employees had been undergoing health check-ups at various independent institutions, and the normal value ranges and interpretations of test results varied by institution. For example, a person who was required to undergo re-examination at the Osaka headquarters might be classified as under observation at the Tokyo headquarters, even if their test results had not changed, leading to inconsistencies that were a source of concern. After the implementation, by centralizing the data, there is no longer any "discrepancy" between various business locations. Not only can we accurately understand comparisons with the past and changes over time, but we can also summarize the content of that data in an easy-to-understand manner using graphs and tables. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■Industry: Manufacturing (Sports and Leisure Goods), Trading Company (Sports and Leisure Goods, Apparel and Fashion-related) ■Number of Employees: 3,838 (as of the end of March 2020) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
