A case where the time required for determining health check results has significantly decreased, leading to a faster recommendation process for employees.
We would like to introduce a case study of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" implemented at a convenience store chain. Before implementation, we checked information for approximately 6,000 people printed on paper one by one and managed it by inputting it into Excel. Additionally, the manual work was so burdensome that it took a long time to provide feedback on health check results to employees. After implementation, the health check results are imported as electronic data, improving data accuracy.
