A small heat-resistant temperature logger born from the needs of the painting site.
Measurement of temperature history of products necessary for quality control at painting sites. Traditionally, measurements required a heavy attaché case. This product has achieved miniaturization and lightweight design of heat-resistant temperature loggers by utilizing the advantages of vacuum insulation technology! By reducing the burden on the measurer and enabling more stringent temperature management, it contributes to energy savings in drying ovens.

Applications/Examples of results
We measure the temperature history from entry to exit in an environment up to 200°C, such as the product temperature measurement inside a paint drying furnace. Its compact and lightweight design significantly reduces installation effort, such as hanging it on a jig, and lessens the burden of measurement. It is used for data collection in energy-saving initiatives for paint drying furnaces, such as evidence for product quality assurance and CO2 reduction.
