Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
Our company will hold a business seminar. On August 30, 2024 (Friday), a new "Basic Plan for Water Cycle" was approved by the Cabinet. In light of recent changes in the situation surrounding the water cycle, including the occurrence of the Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2024, the transfer of water supply administration, and the manifestation of the impacts of climate change, we have made revisions. Moving forward, all ministries and agencies will work together to focus on four main areas: ensuring stable water supply through alternatives and redundancy, restructuring water supply and sewerage systems through facility reorganization and public-private partnerships for optimal and sustainable water services, promoting measures against global warming towards carbon neutrality by 2050, and developing integrated basin water management for a healthy water cycle. We will promote initiatives aimed at achieving a healthy water cycle. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: November 28 (Thursday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Speaker: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Water Management and National Land Conservation Bureau, Water Resources Department, Director of Comprehensive Water Resources Management Strategy Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Water Cycle Policy Headquarters Secretariat, Planning Officer, Professional Engineer, Mr. Hiroshi Yamauchi *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
