TAFF-C refers to products that have been treated with our developed contamination suppression function, known as 'TOP coat,' applied to screws, bolts, and metal parts. TAFF-C products have the following features: 1) The flexibility of the resin-based top coat absorbs impacts caused by interference between products, thereby suppressing metal contamination generated by 'secondary factors' during manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and assembly work. 2) Since it undergoes the same processing as regular plating, there is no increase in labor costs, making it a reasonable product. 3) No large-scale capital investment is required, and the work is standardized, enabling 'global production.' 'TAFF' is the brand name of our functional screws, derived from the initials of Techno Associe Functional Fasteners.
