We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue faced by our cosmetics industry client: "During the embossing of foundation, there is a lot of residue on the pestle, which makes the next molding dirty." In the case of embossing, it is important to suppress vertical adhesion to the powder. Since foundation contains a lot of oil, we have improved the process by implementing a stepwise micro-dimple treatment, allowing the powder to make point contact even with the presence of oil. After the treatment, adhesion was reduced, and the number of cleaning cycles decreased, resulting in fewer production stoppages.
