We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue faced by our cosmetics industry clients regarding the increasing disposal costs of cosmetic boxes. In areas where the carton machine has poor sliding, cosmetic boxes can topple over like an avalanche and fall to the floor, resulting in disposal. When containers fall, the production line stops → the cosmetic boxes need to be reset → leading to a vicious cycle of decreased productivity. Through micro-dimple processing (MD processing), we were able to improve the sliding properties without using fluorine tape or similar materials.
