We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue faced by our customer in the cosmetics industry: "When the cleansing powder is stirred and discharged, a large amount of powder remains in the mixer, resulting in poor yield." Using hammers or similar impacts can lead to problems such as reduced durability of equipment, noise, and increased power consumption. After processing at our company, the cleansing powder no longer had poor flow, allowing it to be discharged without the need for hammering, which improved the yield.
