We would like to introduce a case that solved the issue faced by our pharmaceutical industry customers: "The fine powder drugs often clog the sieves." Although an automatic sieve machine is being used, the fine powder tends to adhere to it. The pharmaceutical products have high production costs, and there was a request to improve the yield. The pharmaceutical industry often deals with lightweight powders and fine powders, so we selected a micro-dimple treatment suitable for fine powders. We have achieved a reduction in adhesion by over 50%, which significantly impacts production costs.
