Utilizing re-squeezing press processing technology that squeezes in the opposite direction during the initial squeezing!
We would like to introduce a case study of our method transition for "suspension components." By utilizing a re-drawing press processing technique that draws in the opposite direction of the initial drawing, we achieved hollowing out. We realized a processing accuracy of 30 to 50 micrometers for the press-fit parts. Additionally, we contributed to cost reduction, weight reduction, labor reduction, and CO2 reduction by eliminating firing and cutting processes. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: Iron ■ Industry: Automotive *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
