It is a weakly alkaline disinfectant water primarily composed of sodium hypochlorite, produced by electrolyzing saline solution using a non-membrane method. It can be expected to have effects equivalent to a diluted solution of sodium hypochlorite, which is recognized as a food additive. With excellent disinfecting effects even at low concentrations and no added chemicals, it is effective for disinfecting food, fruits, vegetables, and cooking utensils, and can be utilized in various areas such as floors and furniture.
