The "Pattern Appearance Inspection System" captures ultra-high-resolution images using monochrome/color line sensor cameras (up to 16K) and accurately detects various defects such as open, short, chipping, foreign objects, and unevenness. The inspection target pattern contour is enclosed with a straight line, and a master shape is registered to individually inspect the inside and outside of the contour. Detection intensity can be set individually.
