We examined the effect of plasma treatment on luminescence depending on the presence or absence of an MgF2 cover. As a result of simultaneously treating indicators with and without an MgF2 cover using Ar or O2 plasma, the indicators with the MgF2 cover showed almost no discoloration. From this, we concluded that the effect of plasma luminescence on the discoloration of plasma indicators is very small.
