Automatic cabbage cutting machine

It is capable of high-speed removal of the upper part of the cabbage core and cutting it into two pieces. High processing speed (fastest approximately 3.8 seconds per cycle) and high durability.

This machine automatically and quickly removes the top of the cabbage core and then cuts it into two pieces when the core is manually placed in alignment with the laser mark and the start button is pressed. Each time the start button is pressed, one station of cabbage moves. (Depending on the mode selection, it can also operate automatically at intervals of, for example, 4 seconds without pressing the start button.) - The cutting depth of the core can be adjusted (operates based on the product position reference around the core, unaffected by the size of the product). - The cutting blades for the core and the two-part cutting blades can be easily removed, cleaned, and stored. - The lower tray allows for easy collection of product scraps and has a structure that is easy to clean. - It has a safety design where the cutting blade cylinder does not lower even if the air supply is stopped. - By using a stepping motor, stable transport speed and positioning are possible. - It adopts an attachment shape and sliding mechanism that makes it easy to position the cabbage. - The operation screen is also a touch panel, making it easy to operate. - It can automatically stop at a specified number using a preset counter. - It is equipped with various abnormal detection functions (emergency stop button, motor overload, cylinder operation failure, safety door open/close confirmation). - It supports multiple languages (standard options include Japanese, Chinese, English, and Vietnamese).
