A vertical fluorescent microscope with a high-brightness LED light source. The fluorescence unit is equipped with a single LED light source and one fluorescence filter (single channel). It has a simple structure, is easy to use, and offers high cost performance for a fluorescent microscope. To accommodate representative fluorescent dyes such as DAPI, GFP, FITC, Alexa Fluor, Rhodamine, TRITC (Rhodamine), Texas Red, and Cy3, the single-channel fluorescence unit comes in a total of eight types (four types with long-pass filters and four types with band-pass filters). Please choose the one that suits your application. It comes standard with infinity-corrected optical system plan achromat objective lenses (4x, 10x, 40x), providing clear and sharp images even at the periphery of the field of view. An optional plan fluorite objective lens with low autofluorescence is also available. The wide-field eyepiece is designed for high eye-point specifications, allowing for observation while wearing glasses. It is also possible to attach a microscope camera. We offer high-sensitivity cameras and cooled cameras that are ideal for capturing fluorescent images. The eyepiece is at a comfortable height for observation, and the stage is low, providing excellent operability and allowing for easy observation in a relaxed posture.
