Manufacturing line sound and vibration OK/NG judgment front end
AQuire V4 is a 4-channel front end designed specifically for the collection of analog measurement data of sound and vibration at the final stage of the manufacturing line (End-of-Line). It can be installed for continuous operation at measurement stations, allowing the connection of up to four analog microphones or accelerometers, pulse sources, and the vehicle's CAN FD BUS system to both analog and digital inputs. It connects via LAN or USB to a PC with the AI-compatible sound and vibration analysis software conTEST installed, which works in complete coordination with AQuire V4. AQuire V4 collects analog measurement data of sound and vibration, while conTEST performs automatic evaluations. conTEST is equipped with a rich set of sound and vibration analysis tools, including psychoacoustic analysis based on human auditory models, enabling it to detect anomalies that can only be identified by human hearing and providing accurate OK/NG judgments.
