The inspection of the front and back will require either two separate sessions or two cameras. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using EasyInspector's "Color Comparison Inspection - Comparison with Master Image" function, we were able to inspect the presence or absence of connectors, chipping in printed parts, incorrect orientation of rotary switches and dip switches on the display board, and the engagement of claws in seven areas on the surface, all within one second at once. By turning off the indoor fluorescent lights and creatively illuminating with a straight fluorescent light from an angle, inspection became possible. The requested inspection items for the back side were also successfully evaluated.
