In the welding section, small defects such as tears, bead misalignment, and blowholes may occur. These defects can be difficult to detect visually. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using EasyInspector's "Presence of Specified Color Inspection" feature, we were able to determine the presence of two welding holes and detect the visually subtle welding tear in less than 0.25 seconds. In this case, we have set the non-detection pixels (the areas painted red). This part does not detect discrepancies with the master image. EasyInspector has various convenient settings.
