Inspection of metal parts is often difficult due to light reflection. In this case, the presence of a white foreign object trapped in the product was identified as a defect, and the key point of the verification was whether we could accurately distinguish between the halation and the white foreign object. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 By using EasyInspector's "Comparison with Master Image" feature, we were able to detect foreign objects trapped in the metal parts. Since the reflection of the product varies individually, we set up additional and removed non-detection areas and also made adjustments to the lighting.
