A case where structural design, assembly, evaluation, and packaging were carried out from the design image stage.
We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a "wine aging device" at a major corporation. The customer requested that they already had an image of the product design and wanted us to consider how the actual manufacturing could be done, aiming for a product that conveys a sense of luxury. Therefore, we explored various materials without being limited to plastic, including metal, wood, rubber, and others. We expressed a sense of luxury in the metal parts using a photo-etching technique and also incorporated leather as an accent. 【Case Overview】 ■ Request Details - They wanted the packaging to be ready by the deadline as a gift for an event. ■ Solution - We proposed using a paint with a moist feel for the plastic parts, considering scratch resistance and other factors. - We provided a comprehensive response from parts manufacturing at our own factory to assembly, evaluation, and packaging. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ote Corporation is a unique company that combines the roles of a manufacturing manufacturer and a trading company. Since its establishment as a trading company in 1963, it has been committed to providing maximum service to its customers, building a strong information-gathering capability and a rapid delivery system. This know-how has been poured into the manufacturing division, and now it is enhancing its presence as a comprehensive mechanical manufacturing company involved in design contracting, structural design, enclosure design, mold manufacturing, molding, assembly, and precision film processing. Additionally, it is focusing on its EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) business, insisting on consistent manufacturing within Japan at its own factories, covering everything from electrical design, electronic component procurement, structural component design to manufacturing, and assembly of the final product. As a company with two faces—both a manufacturer and a trading company—our wish is to provide greater satisfaction to our customers in all areas, from design contracting to structural design, mold design, manufacturing, molding, assembly processing, and precision film processing.
