Detect and evaluate product dimensions using AI image inspection software!
We received a request for dimensional verification inspections from manufacturers handling various industries and products. This is an interim report on "feasibility verification." Our company provides various products and services for "cost-effectiveness" in manufacturing settings. Please feel free to share your company's challenges and themes with us. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We took images of the sample products and measured their dimensions. We are reporting the logs of 10 measurements of the same item. The error when repeatedly inspecting the same item was approximately 0.0013mm. Regarding the measurement points, we currently measure the areas where the frame is applied in relation to the placed state. It is not possible to identify long/short or thick/thin areas from the image directly; however, it is feasible to measure one full rotation while rotating the image in increments and then adopt the maximum and minimum values from those measurements, but this would require the development of additional software.
