We would like to introduce a case where we used the bottleneck process checker 'P!tchDATA' to identify the causes of delays and improve work efficiency. In measuring the cycle time of the process, we were using a stopwatch, which led to data variability and a significant amount of investigation time due to complicated tasks and ambiguous records.
