We would like to introduce a case where the 6-axis motion sensor of "ParaRecolectar" has been used to detect signs of failure before equipment stops. In a gantry machining center, operators were confirming equipment abnormalities through auditory means, which led to delayed awareness of component degradation and resulted in equipment stoppages. As a result of introducing the paracollector, we were able to set thresholds to detect abnormalities and trigger alerts, leading to planned maintenance.
