We would like to introduce a case where the 3-axis accelerometer of "ParaRecolectar" was used to predict failures through vibration measurement of ball screws. In the scroll processing of the workpiece, there was a challenge in not knowing the degree of deterioration of the ball screw, which led to bearing failures and a decline in product quality.
