Currently, lead-free soldering is becoming more common, but it has poor wetting properties, a higher melting point, and requires higher working temperatures, which can negatively affect the products. Therefore, in point-style soldering, we increase the heater power of the soldering iron to raise the tip temperature (which reduces the lifespan of the iron by half).
