We would like to introduce the features of our "mandrel-less machine." As the wire diameter decreases, the range of coiling becomes narrower, making manufacturing difficult. By introducing a servo motor and enhancing wire tension control technology, we have made it possible to finely manage the winding position and winding speed, enabling fine wire winding.
