We would like to introduce a successful case of automation and labor-saving achieved by our "liquid pack transfer device." This device picks up randomly flowing work (liquid packs) on a conveyor using a scara robot and stores them alternately in boxes. It has become possible to pick up unstable liquid packs in a stable form while distinguishing good products through image inspection and to neatly store them in cardboard boxes.
