We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the site management app "BUILDY NOTE" at YKK AP Corporation. Previously, the company managed the processes of subcontractors in a fragmented manner, with different methods of collaboration and requests depending on the business department or individual staff members, leading to a highly personalized workflow. To address this, we created work procedures based on the correct business flow and began operating the process management tool Buildynote. As a result, the performance differences caused by the individual methods of the previous staff members began to diminish.
