We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the on-site management app "BUILDY NOTE" for GIFT Corporation. The company was able to maintain thorough on-site management when the number of construction starts was low. However, as the number of construction starts increased and projects in other prefectures emerged, it became difficult to manage the finer details of the sites. With the implementation of the app, each contractor can now grasp the progress status through the status function. As a result, the project schedule was reviewed, leading to a reduction of approximately two weeks in the construction period.
