Achieving automation for products that are difficult to automate or mechanize. Reducing labor costs and enabling nighttime operations.
We would like to introduce a case where the manufacturing process of tamagoyaki, which has traditionally been considered difficult to automate or mechanize, has been automated. A customer who supplies tamagoyaki to supermarkets nationwide consulted us about reducing labor costs in making tamagoyaki and lowering production costs further. We achieved as much automation as possible from the complex cooking process of tamagoyaki to packaging, which was previously difficult to automate or mechanize. The workforce was reduced from 18 to 8, contributing to an annual labor cost reduction of 60 million yen. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge - Reduce labor costs in making tamagoyaki and lower production costs further. ■ End Benefits - The workforce was reduced from 18 to 8, contributing to an annual labor cost reduction of 60 million yen. - Mechanization enabled operations during nights and holidays, doubling production capacity. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
