The other day (July 29, 2025), we held a "P Mark Responsible Person Study Group" in Shimbashi, and to our delight, many people gathered from all over the country. The theme this time was "Latest Trends in P Mark Certification and Personal Information Leakage Countermeasures." Senior Consultant Endo discussed the latest trends in certification, while our representative, Privacy Samurai Koji Naka, spoke about the information security measures that should be implemented now. Following that, we conducted group work where everyone could discuss among themselves. As a result, we received a wonderful response with a participant satisfaction rate of 100%. Therefore, for those who could not attend on the day and for all other P Mark responsible persons, we will be releasing a video that captures and edits the seminar's proceedings. In October 2023, the standard that serves as the basis for the Privacy Mark, "JIS Q 15001," was revised and is now referred to as "JIS Q 15001: 2023 Edition." As of 2025, the current Privacy Mark examinations, both for acquisition and renewal, will be conducted based on the new examination criteria corresponding to this JIS Q 15001: 2023 Edition. To ensure that everyone is well-prepared, our company will hold a Privacy Mark renewal seminar. In this seminar, we will carefully explain the sharing of the latest information, how to prepare for examinations under the new criteria, and key points. Past seminars have received great acclaim, and many participants expressed a desire to "learn more." This seminar will cover content similar to the "P Renewal Seminar" held in April, July, and October 2024, but it will be further enhanced, with ample time allocated for questions and answers to address your doubts and concerns.
