The UA102-S/UA102-HiT series requires no processing of the piping as the detectors are simply installed on the outside of the pipes. The display unit is separate, and two types are available, including one that can handle high temperatures. There is a separate type for 125A to 200A (for large diameter pipes) and a separate high-temperature type. Fluid temperature range: UA102-S series (0 to 80°C) / UA102-HiT series (0 to 150°C) Main features: - Compatible with large diameter piping - Suitable for outdoor installation - Capable of handling high-temperature fluids (HiT series) - Allows for flow monitoring and setting changes from a distance Operating principle: When ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the propagation time changes compared to a stationary state if there is flow. When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received between the upstream and downstream detectors/transducers through the moving liquid, a difference in passage/propagation time occurs between upstream and downstream.
