BD(R) OMICS-Guard Sample Preservation Buffer was developed to meet the needs for long-term high-quality biological sample preservation when samples cannot be processed simultaneously or in the same location. - It features a stress-free one-step preservation protocol with minimal hands-on time. - The buffer is optimized for preserving cells for various downstream transcriptome, proteome, and multi-omics applications such as RNA-seq, CITE-seq, flow cytometry, and qPCR. - It maintains cell viability and preserves various cell populations in the sample at 4°C for up to 72 hours. - It has been developed and tested across multiple sample types (PBMC and tissue samples). - Available in two user-friendly formats: 50mL bottle or 12x1mL vials.
