This not only significantly impacts yield but also requires disassembly and cleaning, which halts production and leads to substantial opportunity losses. Our product effectively removes foreign matter with its powerful cleaning ability, fundamentally solving the issue of foreign matter generation. Therefore, it resets the interior of the molding machine to a clean state without the need for cumbersome and time-consuming disassembly and cleaning. Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products.
