Overwhelming continuous release properties. Easy to apply with a brush or spray. Dries at room temperature in just 5 minutes after application. The film thickness is only a few nanometers, and cleaning of the molded product is unnecessary. Sample available.
"FluoroSurf" and "Mold-Free" provide excellent non-stick release properties to metal surfaces when applied. PFAS regulated substances (such as PFOS, PFOA) are not used. Please try it when conventional release agents do not work. 【Features】 ■ The fluoropolymer film reacts with the mold material to adhere strongly, enabling continuous release even when conventional release agents fail. ■ With a film thickness of just a few nanometers, it can faithfully reproduce surface shapes at the nano and sub-micron level. ■ FluoroSurf can be easily applied with brushes or spray guns, while Mold-Free can be applied with an aerosol. Application is completed in just 10 minutes at room temperature, eliminating the need for external processing like baked fluoropolymer. ■ There is no accumulation of dirt on the mold, and no transfer of components to the workpiece, eliminating the need for cleaning processes.
