Small lots starting from just one piece are OK! No mold required, and shapes are flexible. Stamping sheet metal processing requires no cutting oil and generates minimal chips, saving energy and materials.
We offer sheet metal processing for construction and interior design, utilizing the technology developed from creating the faces of Shinkansen train cars, including baseboards and corner covers. Our stamping sheet metal is suitable for small production runs without the need for molds and can accommodate curved and complex shapes. 【Overview】 Processing Method: Stamping Sheet Metal, Welding Size: 1.5t × 30 × 30 × 50 *Please consult with us Materials: Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Iron, etc. Lot Size: 1 to 100 *Please consult with us <Customer Feedback> I want to round the corners, but the quantity needed is small, and machining is not cost-effective. With stamping sheet metal, I can produce small quantities with flexible shapes, so I would like to consider it. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

This is a sheet metal processing company that was established the year before the Tōkaidō Shinkansen began operations to manufacture the streamlined front body (the part referred to as the "face"). As a certified partner factory of Hitachi, Ltd., we produce not only the front body but also sheet metal parts for the driver's cabin and control panel. We have a manufacturing track record of over 400 vehicles across 25 models, from the 0 series to the latest E8 series of Shinkansen. Our craftsmanship, which allows us to create various single items and small production parts composed of three-dimensional curved surfaces without the use of press molds, has been recognized (Japan Monozukuri Award, Regional Future Leading Company). We are expanding the applications of our Shinkansen parts manufacturing technology, particularly into new fields and products such as architectural sheet metal with three-dimensional curved surfaces and industrial machinery and equipment. We accommodate the transition from hand-drawn sketches to two-dimensional and three-dimensional CAD data, as well as miniature modeling with 3D printers and prototypes. We have obtained the SBT certification for small and medium-sized enterprises and the Yamaguchi Renewable Energy Power Utilization Business Certification (100% renewable energy rate). We are an investment recipient of the Osaka Small and Medium Enterprise Investment Development Company (government-affiliated VC). Utilizing techniques for three-dimensional curved surface shaping with stamping sheet metal and forming processing machines, as well as aluminum and stainless steel welding, we aim to be a sheet metal processing company that stands in society.
