To create new earning power for Japanese companies and aim for sustainable growth.
Our company will hold a business seminar. Until now, corporate sustainability efforts have primarily focused on decarbonization and the disclosure of non-financial information, but attention is beginning to shift towards the impact on biodiversity in the supply chain and resource circularity. For example, while electric vehicles (EVs) are effective in terms of decarbonization, the extraction of lithium, a mineral resource essential for EV manufacturing, leads to various issues such as ecosystem loss, pollution, and human rights violations. Decarbonization, biodiversity, and well-being are interdependent and possess both trade-offs and synergy effects. Moving forward, it is necessary to visualize and evaluate these aspects holistically and implement optimal measures. This seminar will outline the necessary points for Japanese companies to create new earning power and aim for sustainable growth. 【Seminar Details】 ■ Date and Time: January 29 (Wednesday) 13:30 - 15:30 (Doors open at 13:00) ■ Venue: JPI Conference Square ■ Address: 5-2-32 Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kowa Hiroo Building ■ Speaker: PwC Consulting LLC Director Mikiko Saito *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
