As a measure to avoid the risk of COVID-19 infection, we would like to introduce a case of business improvement for a machinery manufacturing company that faced the challenge of quickly establishing a telework and remote work environment. We built an external VPN connection environment and planned to integrate the company's internal telephone system with smartphones for smoother phone support.
