【Instructions】 1. Dissolve 11 mL of NaCl-free pepton solution and 10 mL of 10% NaCl-added pepton solution at room temperature. 2. Mix 11 mL of NaCl-free pepton solution with 11 mL of 10% NaCl-added pepton solution to create 2 mL of the desired NaCl concentration pepton solution. 3. Use a sterilized platinum loop to pick a pure cultured colony and suspend it in the prepared pepton solution of each concentration. 4.
