Biomass PTP Sheet - Development Product Volume 3
This is a new biomass monolayer sheet that significantly improves blister formability, serving as an alternative to single-layer PP and single-layer PVC.
Plastic emits CO2, which contributes to global warming when burned, so there has been a demand for a shift to biomass plastics in recent years. Our company has been working on this transition to biomass plastics since 2011. In 2013, we began manufacturing primary packaging containers (bottles) for pharmaceuticals made from bio-based polyethylene. Since then, we have expanded to PTP sheets, developing TAS-BPCN sheets and TAS-BPP sheets, and we have now developed TAS-BPG sheets as our third product. 【Features】 - Achieves moldability and molding temperature range equivalent to that of PVC. - The extractability of formulations is better than that of single-layer PP and single-layer PVC. - Impact resistance is almost equivalent to our conventional single-layer PP sheets. - Transparency is higher than that of our TAS-BPCN sheets. - Biomass concentration is secured at 25%. - We have also obtained the JBPA symbol mark (BP mark). - The CO2 reduction effect is approximately 17-18% compared to our single-layer PP. - It also offers excellent cost performance. ◎ Please feel free to contact us.
