The "CXT Series" is a high-precision pressure transmitter equipped with a single crystal silicon composite pressure sensor. It features an integrated overload diaphragm protection design, making it suitable for high temperature and high vacuum conditions. A gold-plated diaphragm option is available, effectively suppressing hydrogen permeation.
