Environmentally friendly materials that can be injection molded for the convenience store industry, event industry, and food service industry!
We would like to introduce a case study where "cutlery/tableware bio-material pellets" were produced using 100% biomass resin (bioplastic). By incorporating 80% high concentration of oyster shell powder and wood powder, and combining the resin with bio-materials, we achieved a 100% bio-material (excluding additives) that is environmentally friendly and suitable for injection molding. We assist brand owners in realizing their sustainability efforts (such as reducing petroleum-derived resins and CO2 emissions) and in communicating information on reducing environmental impact through food-related settings by replacing materials. 【Case Overview】 ■ Usage scenarios: Disposable situations or repeated use scenarios for spoons, forks, chopsticks, tableware, etc. ■ Industries involved: Convenience store industry, event industry, school lunch industry, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
