Adaptable to various metal materials such as titanium alloys and nickel alloys! A clean heat treatment device that does not emit CO2.
The "SDC Plasma Vacuum Heat Treatment Device" is a system that can be applied to surface hardening and heat treatment of various metal materials, including plasma carburizing, plasma nitriding, glass-like carbon (GLC) coating, and vacuum heat treatment. In addition to an external heat source, it uses a micro-pulse power supply to control the output voltage, current, pulse width, and voltage duration of the plasma power supply through a computer program, allowing for precise control of the workpiece temperature at a specified level during surface hardening and coating processes. A manufacturing process has been established for plasma carburized titanium alloy components that possess a uniform fine structure and high surface hardness, preventing hydrogen absorption. Furthermore, it has also become possible to form a glass-like carbon film (GLC film) on the carburized titanium surface using the same process. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Effective treatment zone: 600×600×1000mm ■ Gross weight: 600kg ■ Treatment temperature: up to 1200℃ ■ Atmosphere gases: vacuum/methane/propane/(acetylene)/nitrogen, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
