Basic Information [About Phoseon UV LED from Excelsius] Excelsius handles three brands of UV LEDs, among which Phoseon UV LED focuses on the development and sales of "LED-UV curing devices" aimed at improving performance, stability, and lifespan for printing, bonding, and coating applications. We offer both air-cooled and water-cooled models, achieving a maximum irradiance of 16W/cm² (365nm) and 20W/cm² (395nm) for air-cooled systems, and 12W/cm² (365nm) and 24W/cm² (395nm) for water-cooled systems. In irradiance tests, products that have been continuously lit for over 70,000 hours have been confirmed to maintain about 85% of their irradiance, demonstrating their long lifespan and stability. With over 300 patents, we cover a wide range of technologies including array elements, cooling and control methods, and optical systems. In Japan, we provide product sales, irradiation testing at our application center, and technical support after installation.
