Prevents defects such as seizing and misalignment that could not be avoided with conventional screw tightening automation. Also, reduces the load onto the workpiece. By minimizing the deflection of the workpiece, it also contributes to improve the accuarcy of screw float detection. 【Features】 1. By offsetting the weight of the driver unit against push down thrust (weight cancellation function), the thrust during tightening is reduced by approximately 70% compared to conventional machines. This prevents issues such as seizing and misalignment caused by excessive thrust. Furthermore, it allows for gentle tightening on the workpiece, reducing deflection and contribute to improve the accuracy of screw float detection. 2. 《Reduce Cycle Time》 By advanced motion control system, remarkable cycle time reduction has been achieved.
