We offer a wide range of compact "6-axis force sensors" with built-in amplifiers. The sensing unit employs a beam structure and semiconductor strain gauges. It can simultaneously detect three axes of load (Fx, Fy, Fz) and three axes of moment (Mx, My, Mz). The standard model lineup includes five products ranging from 200N to 10,000N.
