Monitoring of water purifier filters
TDSBot is a device that monitors water purifier filters and notifies the optimal time for filter replacement. This product is equipped with two sensors that measure electrical conductivity and one flow meter. The first electrical conductivity sensor is installed on the inlet side of the water purifier filter, and the other is on the outlet side. By monitoring the difference in electrical conductivity measured by these sensors between the inlet and outlet sides, it predicts the timing for filter replacement. Additionally, the flow meter measures the flow rate and determines the replacement timing based on the decrease in flow rate and cumulative usage data. This system allows TDSBot to accurately assess the condition of the filter and prompt replacement at the optimal time. The measured data is stored in the cloud, enabling users to monitor the filter's condition from the office and improve the efficiency of maintenance operations.
