We would like to introduce a case study of a mesh filter for biofuels that we manufactured for Company K, which produces injectors for biofuel vehicles. The company had been using nylon mesh resin molded filters for fuel filtration, but encountered a problem where the nylon mesh deteriorated and melted during use. The cause of the nylon mesh melting during use was the ethanol contained in the biofuel.
