Disadvantages: It is difficult to perform flexible deburring that adapts to variations in workpiece shape or positional shifts during fixing, leading to missed spots or gouging. ■ Spring mechanism Advantages: By tilting or extending the tool's cutting edge in the "X, Y, Z" directions, flexible machining can be achieved according to the workpiece shape. Disadvantages: Gouging (overcutting) may occur due to the spring's rebound.
